Sub system designer

Purpose of the Role

• Design of engine layout and subsystem parts including transmission housing, bearings, gears, and cooling system.

Role Description

• Hands-on experience in engine component or subsystem part design or casting die design
• Skilled in parts design calculations and using Mathcad for subsystem development
• Proficient in using Creo for 3D modeling, FEA analysis, Z tolerance, and interface checks
• Experienced with DFMEA, DFM, DFA, and DFX tools
• Knowledge of casting and plastic part manufacturing processes
• Ability to identify and apply suitable materials and measurement techniques for component functionality
• Maintain documentation and create detailed technical reports on product design and performance
