Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing Executive for a full-time hybrid role based in Kochi, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing market plans, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and crafting strategic marketing initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to develop effective strategies and analyze data-driven insights
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to promote brand recognition, generate leads, and support business growth
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment with excellent organizational capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in research or analytics-driven organizations is a plus
