Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Abroad Counsellor based in Delhi, India. The Study Abroad Counsellor will guide students in selecting suitable educational programs and destinations based on their academic goals and career aspirations. Responsibilities include advising applicants on eligibility and admission requirements, managing application processes, assisting with visa and documentation procedures, and maintaining relationships with international educational institutions. The individual will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience and deliver workshops or presentations on available study-abroad opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Strong counseling and communication skills for guiding students and parents effectively
  • Experience in academic advising, application processing, and document verification
  • Knowledge of international education programs, universities, and visa policies
  • Proficiency in maintaining client relationships and fostering partnerships with institutions
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple applications simultaneously
  • Ability to deliver impactful presentations and workshops
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Prior experience in the education consultancy or study abroad sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
