This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with the flexibility to work from home on a scheduled basis. As a Study Abroad Advisor, you will guide students through their study abroad journey, assist with education loan applications, and provide consultation on visa processes and requirements. You will act as a key point of contact for prospective students, effectively communicating program benefits and addressing any concerns about financing options. Building relationships with students and stakeholders will also be a major part of your daily responsibilities.

• Experience in Educational Consulting and knowledge of guiding students through study abroad processes
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively address student inquiries and build relationships
• Familiarity with Visa application processes and related documentation
• Problem-solving and consulting skills to offer tailored education financing solutions
• Customer-focused approach and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency with basic productivity tools and the ability to adapt to new technology
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; experience in the education or financial services sector is a plus
