Position: Client Coordinator– B2B Pharma

Location: Thane

Working days: Monday- Friday with 2^nd and 4^th Saturday off.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients on inquiries and requirements
• Share quotations, COAs, MSDS, and relevant documentation
• Generate and manage new leads and customer inquiries
• Send commercial offers and support negotiations
• Process and follow up on customer orders
• Handle customer complaints and gather feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution

If you are from a Pharma, Chemical, or Biotechnology background, and have experience as a Pharmacist, Health Advisor, Clinical Coordinator, or Lab Technician, and are looking to transition into a structured corporate environment where you can build strong networks across pharma companies and grow in the pharma e-commerce space, this opportunity is for you.

Candidate in and around Thane would be preferred.

Freshers and experienced candidates from B.Pharm, Chemical, or Biotech backgrounds with strong communication, networking, and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.
