Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Presales Manager. The Presales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team by analyzing client requirements, preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and developing customized solutions. The role involves participating in client meetings, creating responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), managing presales projects, and facilitating integration-specific discussions with technical teams. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic sales goals will also be a core part of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Consulting and Presales to understand client needs and create tailored solutions.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Project Management to support strategic objectives and deliver effective results.
  • Knowledge in Integration processes to facilitate seamless coordination between systems and teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effective client interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in the healthcare or RCM domain is a strong plus.
