Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Visa Counsellor and Process Executive located in Vadodara. Responsibilities include guiding students through the visa application process, offering personalized career and education counseling, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring effective communication with clients. The role requires understanding client needs and effectively supporting students in planning and preparing for their educational journey abroad.

Qualifications

• Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide clients effectively
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and addressing their concerns
• Familiarity with academic and education systems, including international admission processes and visa regulations
• Ability to manage client records accurately and operate in a detail-oriented professional environment
• Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used for visa processing and client management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in education consultancy or visa processing is a plus
