Hiring: Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales)
Location: Remote / On-site (as applicable)
Key Responsibilities
Generate and prospect leads through social media and personal networks
Manage the full sales funnel (lead → qualification → closure)
Conduct course discussions or demos when required
Follow up consistently to maximize conversions
Maintain accurate records in CRM / Google Sheets
Coordinate with operations and learning teams for smooth onboarding
Skills & Requirements
1–2 years of experience in inside sales / education sales / tele-sales (preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups
Ability to handle objections and close effectively
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Google Sheets
Compensation
Fixed Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based (linked to closures & batch completion)
Up to 30,000 fixed for candidates with relevant experience
