Student Counselor

Envertiz Study Abroad Private Limited, a subsidiary of Envertiz Consultancy, is a key part of the Envertiz Group. We collaborate with reputable education providers who are recognized for delivering quality education and are fully accredited by the respective countries regulatory authorities. We are looking for a passionate Student Counsellor to advise and support students in achieving their dream of studying abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise students on universities, courses & study destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe & more)
• Guide students through the entire process from first inquiry to visa & enrolment
• Assist with document preparation and compliance requirements
• Build trust with students and keep them informed at every stage
• Maintain CRM records and manage communications professionally
• Collaborate across departments for a seamless student experience

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (any field)
• 2–3 years in education counselling or a related role
• Experience managing at least one major intake
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• CRM & MS Office proficiency
• Knowledge of global education systems (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe & more)
• Empathetic & student-first mindset
