The ideal candidate will provide counseling, assist with course and university selection, support admission processes, and help students make informed decisions about their educational future.
Key Responsibilities- Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities, both domestic and international.
- Understand students academic backgrounds, career goals, and interests to recommend suitable programs and institutions.
- Guide students through admission requirements, application procedures, and documentation.
- Assist with university shortlisting, application submissions, and follow-ups.
- Provide information on scholarships, visas, accommodation, and other student support services.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
- Stay updated on admission policies, university offerings, and education trends.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand student needs and provide tailored guidance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
- Prior experience in education counseling, admissions, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
