Job Title: Sales Intern

Location: Delhi (Hybrid – Work from Office 1–2 days/week)

Duration: 3–4 Months

Stipend + Performance Bonus

Key Result Areas

Outbound Calling

• Complete 60–80 calls daily with consistent quality

Lead Generation

• Generate and qualify potential leads effectively
• Schedule meetings/calls for the sales team

Data Management

• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM tools
• Ensure timely follow-up with interested prospects

Target Achievement

• Meet daily and weekly calling targets

Requirements

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection
• Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup
