Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Strength and Conditioning Coach based in Bengaluru. The coach will design and implement effective strength and conditioning programs tailored to individual and team goals. Primary responsibilities include enhancing athletic performance, promoting injury prevention, and supervising strength training techniques and routines. Additionally, the coach will work closely with clients and athletes to monitor progress and optimize physical development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Strength & Conditioning and Strength Training
• Experience in Sports Science and understanding of Athletic Performance
• Knowledge and application of Injury Prevention techniques
• Strong coaching and communication skills with the ability to adapt training to diverse needs
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related field (preferred)
• Relevant certifications in fitness training or strength and conditioning (e.g., NSCA, CSCS, or equivalent)
• A passion for fitness, wellness, and helping individuals achieve their goals
