A leading provider in the International K-12 education sector recruiting for the school sports and athletics program in Bangalore. We deliver structured, high-quality co-curricular sports that develop student-athletes academically, physically, and socially at an international school campus.
This role hires for the primary title: Squash Coach (school-level racquets coach) to lead squash programming across junior and senior divisions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and adapt age-appropriate squash coaching sessions focused on technique, footwork, tactical awareness, and sportsmanship.
- Design progressive training programs and periodization plans that integrate skill development, fitness, injury prevention, and competition preparation.
- Prepare and manage inter-school teams and competitions: selection, practice schedules, match tactics, travel logistics, and on-court coaching.
- Monitor and document student progress through regular assessments, performance reports, and individual development plans.
- Ensure all activities comply with safeguarding, child protection, and first-aid protocols; maintain safe court conditions and equipment inventory.
- Collaborate with the PE department, school leadership, parents, and external providers to integrate squash into holistic student development and school events.
