About the Role
We are seeking a technically skilled Strength & Conditioning Coach to work in our Sports health &
Rehabilitation Centre. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in exercise physiology,
biomechanics, sports science, and advanced strength & conditioning techniques. The role involves
assessing athletes, designing performance-oriented programs, implementing injury prevention
strategies, and supporting rehabilitation. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and a Bachelor's
degree are welcome, along with experienced professionals.
Key Technical Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed physical and performance assessments using modern evaluation tools.
- Design and implement evidence-based strength, power, endurance, speed, agility, and
- mobility programs.
- Apply periodization techniques for Individual and team athletes.
- Implement sport-specific conditioning programs to enhance performance and reduce injury
- risk.
- Use technology and software tools to track athlete performance, recovery, and workload.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, massage therapists.
- Educate athletes and clients on exercise biomechanics, posture correction, and functional
- movement optimization.
- Monitor training loads and recovery metrics to prevent overtraining and optimize
- performance.
- Maintain detailed Individual athlete and client records, progress logs, and performance
- analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest research in sports science, performance metrics, and strength &
- conditioning methodologies.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, Strength & Conditioning.
- Experience: 2+ years experience with solid technical knowledge and a passion for sports health are
- welcome, experience with athletes or fitness clients is a plus.
- Proficiency in performance assessment tools and sports science software.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills to engage Individuals, athletes and clients.
- Ability to design, implement, and adapt training programs based on individual needs. Energetic, proactive, and committed to improving athlete performance.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per centre requirements.
