Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and smart Manager Strategy to support leadership in driving strategic initiatives, business planning, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and exceptional presentation skills to translate insights into impactful strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of business and corporate strategy initiatives
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and financial analysis to support decision-making
- Prepare high-quality presentations (PPTs) for leadership reviews, board meetings, and stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure alignment on strategic priorities
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking of strategic projects
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups
- Track KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and highlight key insights and risks
- Support new business initiatives, growth opportunities, and process improvement projects
