About URU Farms

URU Farms is an origin-led farm to table ecosystem built around naturally produced grains, dairy, and value-added food experiences. We are rethinking how food moves from farm to consumer with a focus on transparency, quality, and system-level design.

We are currently in the 0 to 1 phase, building products, partnerships, and distribution channels from the ground up.

Role Overview

This is a high ownership, founder's office role working directly with the founder on growth, partnerships, and go to market execution.

This role requires strong on ground involvement across sales and marketing. You will be expected to actively engage in fieldwork, build relationships, and contribute to execution, not just strategy.

You will not be operating within a fixed system. You will be helping build the system itself.

What You'll Work On

Drive outreach and build relationships with retail, cafés, and institutional partners

Execute on ground sales and marketing initiatives

Support growth across D2C and B2B channels

Work on product positioning, storytelling, and market research

Contribute to pricing, packaging, and distribution strategy

Translate ideas into structured, execution ready plans

Who This Is For

Early career individuals who want to build from 0 to 1, not manage existing systems

Comfortable with on ground sales, marketing, and field execution

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to follow through

Able to think clearly, communicate simply, and move fast

Interest in consumer brands, food systems, or agriculture is a plus
