We're Hiring: Strategic Supply Head | Fyn Mobility

What you'll own:

▸ Build and scale vendor and digital hiring channels to source and onboard drivers at volume

▸ Develop migrant driver sourcing strategies with a strong focus on quality, cost, and scalability

▸ Set up and lead a telecalling function to drive lead conversions, onboarding, and activation

▸ Drive institutional partnerships with government bodies, driver unions, NGOs, and gig communities

▸ Build the team from scratch — hiring, training, SOPs, and performance management

▸ Continuously monitor metrics and drive operational efficiency across the end-to-end hiring funnel

Who we're looking for:

▸ 6+ years in driver supply/sourcing — logistics, 3PL, or mobility industry preferred

▸ Proven experience building focused sourcing channels, not just managing them

▸ Open to an equity-heavy compensation structure — motivated by long-term value creation

▸ Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

▸ A builder's mindset — you're energized by ambiguity, not slowed down by it
