The Role-

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to drive hiring across critical technical and business roles.

You will work closely with founders and hiring managers to build strong teams across engineering, hardware, and product. This role involves owning end-to-end hiring, building high-quality pipelines, closing candidates efficiently, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience as we scale.

Responsibilities-

Talent Acquisition

  • Drive end-to-end hiring across technical and business roles
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, negotiate and close offers
  • Develop sourcing strategies and recruiter relationships for niche roles (hardware, sports-tech, international operations)

Hiring Execution

  • Partner with founders and hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Develop sourcing strategies for specialised and deep-tech roles
  • Ensure fast turnaround times and minimise drop-offs

Candidate Experience & Onboarding

  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate journey
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates
  • Represent the company effectively to potential hires
  • Drive a seamless onboarding experience for new hires

Strategic Support

  • Drive cross-functional projects and ensure follow-through on key decisions
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive matters with discretion

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on tech hiring (mandatory)
  • Startup experience strongly preferred;
  • Proven track record of closing hires across functions
  • Highly organised with strong follow-through — nothing slips
  • Clear communicator who can represent the company to candidates and partners
  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate
