About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Sourcing Manager to join the Purchasing organization at EAS (Ericsson Antenna System) based in Gurgaon, India.
As a member of our sourcing team, you will be responsible for specific commodities and play a key role in driving profitable business results through proactive supplier development and strategic supplier management.
You will qualify and negotiate supplier agreements for direct materials while managing supplier relationships with a focus on business value, performance, and risk — always aligned with your commercial responsibilities.

What You Will Do
- Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business and sourcing objectives
- Lead, prepare, and execute the full RFx process
- Conduct supplier negotiations and manage commercial agreements
- Evaluate, select, and develop suppliers; ensure successful agreement implementation
- Drive supply chain optimization, including localization or material bundling
- Analyse market trends, supplier performance, and cost structures to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
What You Will Bring
Experience Required - minimum 8 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of sourcing experience or technical expertise in a componentrelated field
- Strong understanding of sourcing practices, processes, and strategic levers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Solid commercial acumen & skills
- Experience with contract management, local laws & regulation knowledge
- Ability to work both independently and effectively within a hybrid and crossfunctional team environment
