Strategic Partner Manager, Payments Platform, Google Pay

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and manage partnerships in India's payments industry, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize Google's payment processes.
• Guide Google product teams on India-specific payments best practices, partner management, and compliance requirements.
• Manage the full lifecycle of partnership development, including RFIs, RFPs, and agreement negotiations.
• Serve as the point of contact for resolving partner escalations across financial, operational, technical, and regulatory issues.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or investment banking, especially in payments or fintech industries.
• Proven experience working with C-level executives and managing payment-related partnerships in India.
• Strong knowledge of payment acceptance flows, fintechs, financial institutions, and payment processing regulations in India.
