Strategic Mentor ( Branding )

Position Title: Strategy Mentor

Reports To: Strategy Leader/Co-founder

Work Experience: 4 to 8 years

Salary: upto 15-18 lpa

Key Responsibilities:

● Brand Strategy Development: ○ Craft innovative brand strategies that align with client objectives. ○ Conduct in-depth research on market trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify unique opportunities.

● Campaign Planning: ○ Oversee the development of compelling campaign strategies that seamlessly integrate creativity and effectiveness. ○ Collaborate with creative and design teams to ensure strategic consistency across deliverables.

● Mentorship & Team Building: ○ Mentor junior strategists, fostering their growth through guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharing. ○ Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire the team to think beyond the conventional. ○ Creating SOPs and overseeing talents and processes in order to maintain quality work that inspires and stands out for its impact and creativity.

● Client Collaboration: ○ Act as a trusted advisor for clients, presenting strategies with confidence and clarity. ○ Translate complex business objectives into actionable strategic plans.

● Innovation & Thought Leadership: ○ Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and impactful.
