Skills: ITOM, CSM, GRC & IRM

Locations: Greater Noida, Pune & Bengaluru

We at Coforge are hiring ServiceNow Architects with the following skillset:

• Responsible for designing & implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborating with cross - functional teams to understand business requirements & translating them into scalable, efficient, and sustainable ServiceNow configurations.
• Solution Design: Develop & design technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring they meet business requirements and follow best practices.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership & guidance to development teams, ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide strategic recommendations & ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Documentation: Create & maintain technical documentation, including design documents, process flows, and implementation guides.
• Integration: Propose & implement integrations with other systems and tools as needed.
• Governance: Participate in & establish technical governance processes to ensure the quality and consistency of ServiceNow implementations.
• Performance Management: Monitor & optimize the performance of ServiceNow instances, proposing improvements to enhance the end-user experience.
• Mentorship: Guide & mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ITIL Foundation
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (optional)

Required Skills & Experience:

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions & ITIL processes.
• Experience in designing & implementing ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Strong analytical skills to identify problems & recommend effective solutions.
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in architecting & deploying large - scale ServiceNow implementations.
