Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their event requirements and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
2. Project Coordination:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of events, collaborating with internal departments such as logistics, creative, and production to ensure flawless delivery.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
3. Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide strategic input to create impactful event solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding our services to existing clients.
4. Communication:
- Effectively communicate client needs and expectations to internal teams, ensuring alignment and clear understanding.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and post-event reports.
5. Problem Solving:
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges during event planning and execution, ensuring a smooth and successful outcome.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of client projects.

7. Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client preferences to enhance our service offerings.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing within the event industry.
