Job Description

Sales Target Achievement & Business Growth

• Achieve assigned sales targets across products, services, and solutions

• Identify and close new business opportunities through consultative and value-based selling

• Expand wallet share within existing strategic accounts

• Acquire new and competitive accounts to drive business growth

Strategic Account Management

• Develop and manage relationships with End Users, OEMs, and System Integrators

• Build and execute strategic account plans for long-term business success

• Ensure strong alignment between customer goals and Rockwell Automation offerings

• Serve as primary point of contact for key accounts

Customer Relationship & Stakeholder Management

• Engage with senior executive management teams of customer organizations

• Build strong long-term partnerships and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including distributors and partners

• Resolve customer issues and ensure service excellence

Solution Selling & Industry Expertise

• Leverage Industry 4.0 technologies such as IIoT, MES, advanced analytics, and digital transformation solutions

• Understand customer industry domains such as infrastructure, metals, mining, process, and high-tech

• Position Rockwell Automation as a strategic smart manufacturing partner
