Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment.
- Train, mentor, and supervise store staff to maintain performance standards.
- Implement promotional campaigns and ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management review.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-12 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and point of sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly under pressure.
