About the Role:

Join a multi-designer premium fashion label launching a flagship store at one of India's top luxury retail destinations. You'll play a key role in shaping the store's success, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional client experiences in line with luxury retail standards.

What We're Looking For:

1012 years of experience in premium fashion retail

Strong team management & store operations background

Proven track record in delivering KPIs and driving sales

Excellent client engagement skills & polished communication

Fashion-forward, well-groomed personality with strong visual merchandising sensibilities

Experience in new store setups is a major plus

What You'll Own:

End-to-end store operations & performance

Leading, training & motivating the in-store team

Building strong, long-term client relationships

Driving revenue, KPIs, and premium customer experiences

Supporting new store launch & VM execution
