Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Store Manager for The Amethyst Store, located on-site in Coimbatore. The Store Manager's responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, mentoring retail staff, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets. This role also involves resolving customer concerns, ensuring the security of store assets, and upholding operational standards.
Qualifications
- The Store Manager Experience should be minimum 8 to 12 years in Jewellery Preferred.
The store manager is responsible for the store operations and smooth running of the store.
-Has to check the Visual Merchandising of the Store and make sure to keep V M is Up to date.
- He is responsible for Store Stocks/Goods ensure the security of the stocks properly. The
- Ensure that all the staff should maintain proper Grooming and discipline in the store.
- Should treat his Sub-ordinates with dignity and respect each one without partiality.
- Has the responsibility to train his sales team from time to time.
- Must make sure that customers are treated well.
- Should possess the outside market knowledge and get updated from time to time.
- Has to keep an account of his stock / like damages he has to be aware of it.
Store Manager should be aware of all policy and procedure of the Store (SOP)
- Should maintain good customer relation
- Should keep and track Customer Orders and Repairs.
- Should take for the customer walk out and non-conversion
- Should check night security guards randomly in the late nights weather they are performing their duties or not in the night.
- Should make the duty roaster on monthly basis and should ensure sufficient staffs are present.
- He is responsible for the entire store overall performance.
- Delivering high level customer service at all times
- Ensure that the store is neat and tidy at all the time
- Upholding fantastic store visual standards
- Work towards and drive the team to hit all KPI's & targets
- Drive & motivate the team to increase performance
