Role Overview

Lead our store in Phoenix Market City, Pune. Setting high standards for sales, service, and team excellence.

What You'll Do

• Launch & Lead: Drive the store opening, set up the team, and build strong sales culture.

• Sales Driver: Achieve and exceed revenue targets through smart strategies and daily

motivation.

• Customer Experience Curator: Ensure every visitor has a delightful, brand-first

experience.

• Team Builder: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-energy team aligned to Uni Seoul's

values.

• Operations Master: Manage stock, visual merchandising, and SOP compliance with

precision.

• Brand Face: Represent Uni Seoul as a cultural and lifestyle brand ambassador in the

city.

What You'll Bring

• 3–6 years of retail management experience, preferably in high-footfall lifestyle/fashion

stores.

• Proven record of hitting sales goals and driving team performance.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and mentor a young, diverse team.

• High ownership mindset — thrive in new setups and fast-paced environments.
