Execution Manager for Retail Projects (West)

Role Overview:

The Execution Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of retail store projects, including new store openings and renovations, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while maintaining Technosport's brand, design, and quality standards.

 Key Responsibilities:

·       Execute retail store projects from site handover to store launch.

·       Coordinate with vendors, contractors, mall authorities, and internal stakeholders.

·       Track and control project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks

·       Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and regulatory norms.

·       Oversee execution of store interiors, fixtures, branding, signage, IT, electrical & HVAC works.

·       Conduct regular site visits and on-ground supervision.

·       Prepare and share project progress reports and MIS with management.

·       Proactively resolve execution challenges to ensure smooth project delivery.

 Qualifications & Experience:

·       Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design / Project Management.

·       5–10 years of experience in retail store execution, store rollouts, or fit-out projects.

·       Experience in fashion, lifestyle, athleisure, or activewear retail preferred.

 Key Skills:

·       Strong retail execution and project management skills

·       Vendor coordination, negotiation, and cost management

·       Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities

·       Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously

·       Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
