Job Description: Store Manager Job Summary:
Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring top notch customer service, team performance, and revenue growth. The role involves driving sales, managing profit and loss (P&L), and implementing revenue-driven strategies while fostering a positive team environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and customer service.
• Develop and implement revenue-driven strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Oversee the store's P&L, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize store performance.
• Communicate effectively in the local language to engage with customers and staff.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with expertise in menswear (preference for formal brands like Raymond, Arrow, LP, Van Heusen, or similar).
• Assistant Store Managers with relevant experience are eligible to apply.
• Fluency in the local language is mandatory, additional languages are a plus.
• Proven skills in business understanding, team management, and revenue generation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage P&L and drive store profitability.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in formal menswear brands.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
