Role Description The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations at The Belgian Waffle Co. outlet in Gurgaon in an on-site capacity. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising team performance, and ensuring high standards of customer service and product quality. The Store Manager handles inventory control, stock replenishment, and coordination with suppliers to maintain adequate levels of ingredients and packaging. The role also involves monitoring sales, implementing promotional activities, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Store Manager will lead by example on the shop floor, support training of team members, and address customer feedback to enhance the overall store experience.
Qualifications

• Experience in retail or food & beverage store management, including supervising teams and handling daily operations.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to resolve issues professionally and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Basic understanding of inventory management, cash handling, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead, motivate, and train store staff.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on store requirements.
• Attention to hygiene, food safety practices, and adherence to company quality standards.
• Prior experience in quick service restaurants or café-style formats is an advantage.
• Minimum high school diploma; a diploma or degree in hospitality, retail management, or business is preferred.
