Assistant Store Manager (luxury retail, furniture, interiors)

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

• Assist in achieving and exceeding store sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Monitor sales trends and suggest initiatives to improve performance
• Promote product knowledge and upselling/cross-selling techniques
• Coordination with manufacturing unit and customise product as per need of client.
  
  

Store Operations

• Support day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines are maintained
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory)
• 2–8 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong customer service and sales orientation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
