Key Responsibilities:
Store Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays to maintain a premium in-store environment.
- Has to be self-motivated to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Analyse sales data and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Apart from store operations, the Store Manager will also contribute to corporate sales by liaising with corporate clients and supporting the brands business growth.
Pop-Up Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute pop-up events at premium venues like corporate campuses, luxury malls, and other high-traffic locations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for logistics, setup, and marketing materials.
- Represent the brand at events, engaging customers and driving product awareness and sales.
- Track event performance, gather customer feedback, and report on key metrics.
Customer Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Act as a brand ambassador, communicating the story and values of Sublime House of Tea.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Marketing & Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and implement in-store promotions and event campaigns.
- Suggest innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and sales.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Impeccable communication and selling skills with a natural flair for building rapport.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with retail management systems.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
