About The Role

Being Millionaire is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage its mens wear showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong retail sales experience, excellent team and customer-handling skills, and the ability to deliver a premium shopping experience.

Experience Required

• 34 years of minimum experience as a Store Manager in retail.
• Experience in mens wear, premium fashion, apparel, or lifestyle retail will be preferred.
• Candidates should have hands-on experience in sales, inventory, cash management, and customer handling.
  
  

Key Responsibilities / KRA

• Sales Target Achievement
• Achieve daily, monthly, and store-level sales targets .
• Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the showroom.
• Premium Customer Experience
• Deliver an excellent and premium shopping experience to customers.
• Handle VIP and high-value clients professionally.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
• Monitor stock movement, availability, and replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure proper inventory control.
• Take preventive measures to minimize stock loss, pilferage, and theft .
• Cash Billing Management
• Manage daily cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling.
• Maintain accurate records of daily cash collections and deposits.
• Ensure billing and cash-related processes are followed correctly.
• Reconcile cash and sales records on a regular basis.
• Store Operations
• Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and visually appealing.
• Maintain discipline and operational standards within the store.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store operations.
• Ensure company policies and processes are followed.

Working Details

Working Hours: 12:00 PM 10:00 PM

Salary: As per experience and company standards

Salary Date: 5th of every month
