We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead premium airport retail operations, drive commercial performance, and build a high-performing frontline team.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
4+ years of Store Management / full-store ownership
Airport / Duty-Free / Premium Retail experience preferred
Strong Sales, Revenue & P&L ownership
Expertise in ATV, Conversion & Sales KPIs
Proven Team Leadership & People Management
24×7 Shift & Manpower Management experience
Strong Inventory & Shrinkage Control
POS / ERP / Inventory Systems knowledge
Premium & VIP Customer Experience
Airport Security & Compliance awareness
English + Hindi fluency – ESSENTIAL
Valid Passport & Airport Security Clearance eligibility
Comfortable with night shifts, weekends & holidays
ADDED ADVANTAGE
Awareness of Isha Foundation and its outreach initiatives such as Isha Vidhya, Save Soil, Cauvery Calling, Action for Rural Rejuvenation and Isha Gramotsavam.
