Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager, based in Bengaluru South. In this role, the Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff performance, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include inventory management, achieving sales targets, supervising merchandising and display, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The individual will also handle staff scheduling, train employees, resolve customer concerns, and work to improve store profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and staff management skills, including team supervision and employee training
• Proficiency in inventory management, merchandising, and achieving sales targets
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Effective communication, organizational, and time management abilities
• Basic familiarity with retail or store-specific software systems
• Previous experience in retail or store management roles is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is desirable
• Passion for fashion and an understanding of branded suiting and ready-to-wear apparel will be an advantage
