Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Bengaluru, Hyderabad,Delhi & Nashik.
- The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage staff to achieve sales targets.
- Responsibilities include maintaining store visual standards, inventory management, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive work environment for the team.
- This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to drive store performance and meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and excellent Customer Service abilities
- Exceptional Communication skills for managing teams and interacting with customers
- Ability to handle inventory control and ensure compliance with store policies
- Proficiency in leadership, team motivation, and solving operational challenges
- Prior experience in retail management is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a high-demand, on-site retail environment
- Retail Management, or a relevant field is preferred
