As a Store Manager at Printo, you play a pivotal role as the face of our establishment.
Your Responsibilities Include

We are India's largest print-on-demand platform with a vision to be the world's largest. We are a 1100+ team with 19 years of experience in the print & gifting industry. Our 28 retail stores across 6 cities, website (Printo.in), and enterprise sales team service more 1 Million+ businesses across India.
Large enterprises like Google & Accenture, creators and consumers today work with us to deliver their customized gifts globally, event/marketing collaterals, and brand swag. We are aiming to grow profitably while reaching new markets and improving our services for customers.
Printo also has India's largest wedding album design & production company - Canvera.com. A well known name across the photography industry in India, Canvera has 1 lakh + photographers signed up and using the platform.

- Welcoming and engaging with customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of their printing needs.
- Efficient team management and proactive problem-solving.
- Upholding high standards of customer service and promptly addressing customer and team concerns.
- Effective management of cash, payments, and preparation of sales reports.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of 4 years of managerial experience in the retail industry.
- Previous experience as a Team Lead in a retail business or a clear potential to lead and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both customers and the team.
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency with MS Office.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, either in-person or over the phone.
- Demonstrated experience in team management.
- Relevant background in sales and the ability to close orders.
- Rest assured, we will provide training in print technology and customer service to help you thrive in this role.
