Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our stores, including inventory management and manufacturing components. The ideal candidate should have a mechanical background and proven experience in store and inventory operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory of raw materials, tools, and manufacturing components.
- Ensure timely issuance and receipt of components as per production requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inward/outward transactions, and stock audits
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for seamless operations. -
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate restocking as needed. -
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Lead and supervise store staff if applicable. -
- Use inventory management software/tools for tracking and reporting.
Requirements: -
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a store or inventory management role. -
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing components and store operations.
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems. - Excellent organizational and communication skills.
