Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
• Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing training and support
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve store targets
• Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints
• Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
• Maintain store presentation standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in retail management or a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in inventory management systems and point of sale (POS) software
• Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
• Knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, and customer service best practices
