This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Delhi, OH. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading and managing the team, implementing sales strategies, maintaining inventory control, ensuring operational efficiency, resolving customer inquiries, and fostering a positive shopping environment. The Store Manager will also collaborate with leadership to achieve business goals, meet sales targets, and ensure the store's compliance with policies and procedures.

• Leadership, team management, and ability to motivate staff
• Customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Analytical skills including ability to manage inventory, analyze sales data, and drive process improvements
• Sales strategy development and implementation experience
• Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale systems
• Previous experience in retail management is preferred
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous
