Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Gurugram for the role of Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintain optimal store performance. Responsibilities include managing inventory, monitoring retail loss prevention, training team members, and building a positive environment to drive operational excellence. The role involves collaborating with customers and staff to deliver the best service and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to effectively oversee the operations and ensure asset protection.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service for delivering excellent shopping experiences.
- Outstanding Communication skills to effectively engage with team members, management, and customers.
- Proven experience in managing retail environments and meeting operational expectations.
- Ability to lead and coach a team with strong organizational skills and a results-driven approach.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in retail management or a related position is an advantage.
