Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Panaji. The Store Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring high-quality customer service and operational excellence. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, driving sales performance, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, adhering to store policies, and maintaining an organized and welcoming shopping environment. The successful candidate will lead by example, foster a positive work culture, and ensure the store's overall efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to ensure operations efficiency and minimize shrinkage
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to enhance the shopping experience
  • Excellent Communication skills to manage staff, address customer inquiries, and coordinate effectively
  • Leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team to achieve performance and sales goals
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage day-to-day challenges and maintain a productive store environment
  • Previous experience in retail management or a related field preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, Retail Management, or relevant field is an advantage
