Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and scheduling.
• Ensure that store sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Train, coach, and motivate staff to achieve peak performance and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain and update inventory, ensuring product availability and managing stock levels.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
