About the Role:
We are looking for an Outlet Manager for grocery store operations in Bangalore, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering world-class customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead & Manage: Oversee store operations, ensuring efficiency across retail and supply chain.
- Drive Excellence: Maintain high-quality standards in overall brand experience.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team across different functions.
- Customer Experience: Ensure top-tier customer service and create an engaging, memorable atmosphere.
- Stock & Inventory: Optimize inventory levels, manage vendors, and oversee procurement.
- Financial Accountability: Control operational costs, improve margins, and ensure profitability.
- Process Optimization: Implement best practices, SOPs, and technology for seamless workflow.
- Brand Alignment: Execute The Fresh Factory's brand vision, working closely with leadership to innovate and differentiate.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in retail operations - preferably grocery store / supermarket operations. Proven ability to launch, and manage premium outlets. Process-driven leader who thrives in structured yet dynamic environments. Excellent people management and leadership skills. Hands-on & proactivesomeone who gets things done and thrives in problem-solving. Experience with premium or lifestyle-driven brands. Past travel experience is a bonus.
