Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Madurai for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, build strong customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, manage inventory, and implement loss prevention strategies. Responsibilities will include managing store staff, meeting sales targets, maintaining smooth operations, and upholding excellent customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Store Management and implementing Retail Loss Prevention strategies
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders
- Experience in retail or a related field is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities
