Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Madurai, with flexibility for some work from home. As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly, achieve sales goals, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing store operations, addressing customer needs and concerns, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
• Demonstrated skills in Communication for effective team management and interaction with customers
• Experience in Store Management, including achieving sales targets and operational efficiency
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and protect store assets
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, excellent problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in retail or a managerial role is an advantage
