Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in New Delhi. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include organizing displays, maintaining store aesthetics, training team members, and developing strategies to enhance customer experience and increase revenue. The candidate will also act as a brand ambassador, representing Exotic India's values and cultural heritage.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Experience in retail operations, customer service, and sales management
• Knowledge of Indian arts, culture, and handicrafts is highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Ability to maintain a high level of professional demeanor and foster a customer-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is an advantage
