Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Bengaluru. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, driving customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store compliance standards. Key daily tasks include overseeing staff performance, optimizing store aesthetics, handling customer queries, implementing loss prevention strategies, and fostering a positive in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to foster a reliable and welcoming shopping experience
• Strong Communication abilities to effectively lead teams and engage with customers
• Experience in Store Management and retail operations to oversee day-to-day functionality
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to safeguard assets and maintain profitability
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train the store team
• Prior experience in fashion retail is advantageous
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets
