We are urgently hiring a Store Manager for our Fine Jewelry Showroom located in Indiranagar, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the showroom, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the jewelry showroom, ensuring high standards of customer service and product presentation.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure the showroom is stocked with the latest jewelry collections.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the showroom is aesthetically pleasing.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-10 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods or jewelry industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff effectively.
• Proficient in inventory management and sales reporting software.
• Strong understanding of jewelry products and market trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Working hours 10.30 AM to 7.30 AM
