We are urgently hiring a Store Manager for our Fine Jewelry Showroom located in Indiranagar, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the showroom, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the jewelry showroom, ensuring high standards of customer service and product presentation.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the showroom is stocked with the latest jewelry collections.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the showroom is aesthetically pleasing.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-10 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods or jewelry industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff effectively.
- Proficient in inventory management and sales reporting software.
- Strong understanding of jewelry products and market trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
